Click the triangle under your name and select "Profile" from the menu
Click "Change Password"

Reset your password at https://jira.netic.dk/secure/ForgotLoginDetails.jspa
Or contact Netic at firstname.lastname@example.org to change your password. You must send from the same email address that is your username for Docs / Jira.
Ask someone who already has access to Jira, to contact Netic and ask for additional rights for you.
