Ticket handling System - JIRA på

Netic uses Atlassian's JIRA as a Ticket Management System (called Jira). It functions as issue (ticket) tracking and project management for customers.

Change of password

Users on and are managed via Jira, so you need to change your password for both systems via Jira like this:

Click the triangle under your name and select "Profile" from the menu

Click "Change Password"

Or contact Netic at to change your password. You must send from the same email address that is your username for Docs / Jira.

Missing rights

Ask someone who already has access to Jira, to contact Netic and ask for additional rights for you.
