At Netic there are a number of different user management systems, and it is therefore important to determine which one to use.

 

Netic Documentation Ssystem (DOCS), or Case Handling System (JIRA)

The JIRA case management system also manages the Documentation System (DOCS), so password must be changed / reset in JIRA - See Netic DOCS and Jira

Splunk

Some of Netic's Splunk installations use a common LDAP, see LDAP

(If in doubt, ask your Splunk manager, or contact Netic at support@netic.dk)

Mail

Netic's mail-server "post.netic.dk" - Unfortunately you cannot change this password yourself, contact Netic at support@netic.dk

netic.net (AD)

You can change your password at https://adfs.netic.dk/adfs/portal/updatepassword/

If you have lost your password, you must contact Netic at support@netic.dk

SSH (Kerberos)

You can change your password by logging into one of the servers you have access to via SSH and using the command 'kpasswd'.

If you have lost your password, you must contact Netic at support@netic.dk
