Netic are vetting all sign up requests for valid customer relationship and purpose of the sign up. Non-customers cant sign up. Netic does not allow sign up to email addresses from gmail.com, outlook.com,hotmail.com or similar massmail systems. |
The sign up request must contain the following infoThe Service Request must contain:
- Fullname
- Work e-mailEmail
- Phone number
- Notification type: SMS and/Or Email
- The list of components that the subscription should coverComponents to get notifications for; if none are specified Netic Support will sign You up to a relevant profile of Components according to Your Customer engagement; this can later be changed via Selfservice if needed.
