Removal of component notifications

Its possible to remove notifications on components, but not to add - to de added to more components, contact Netic Support via a Service Request in Your customer project or via support@netic.dk for a change.

Login to Statuspage at https://neticstatuspage.statuspage.io/access/login

How to remove email notifications on components

Press "Subscribe to updates", then

Tryk på "Manage My Subscriptions":

Tilslutning til SMS Notifikationer

You can now remove the checkmarks for components:

Press "Save"

How to remove SMS notifications on components

Its not possible for the user as selfservice unfortunately.

Adding SMS (Text Messages) Notifications

Login to Statuspage at https://neticstatuspage.statuspage.io/access/login

Press Login på Statuspage og brug "Subscribe to Updates":

Indtast telefonnummer som "+45xxxxxx" og tryk på Make sure "Denmark (+45)" is selected for Country code and enter Your phonenumber and press "Subscribe via Text Message"

Du bør nu modtage en You should recieve a SMS:

Deletion of Subscription

You cant delete Your subscription Yourself.

Contact Netic Support via a Service Request in Your customer project or via support@netic.dk for deletion.

Logout

You cant active logout of the Statuspage, there is a 3 days session active.

Clearing browser data should log You out.
