Password policy

LDAP passwords must comply with the following policy:

A minimum of 8 marks.
Contains at least 1 lowercase letter: a-z
Contains at least 1 uppercase letter: A-Z
Contains a minimum of 1 number: 0-9
Contains at least 1 special character: ~! @ # $% ^ & * () -_ = + [] {} |;:,. <> /?
